Smart Contract Risk

The security of Stone Defi’s contracts are of utmost priority. Contracts have passed the audit by PeckShield and Certik, reports have been shared with the community as it is done. However, it is also the user’s responsibility to vetting through the contract before engaging it.

Slashing Risk

Due to the way Binance Smart Chain, Polygon Network and Ethereum validating works, if there is a penalty on slashing on the validator node, only the validator’s tokens will be penalized, and will not affect the delegator’s token.

Price Deviation Risk

While the price of STN should be priced according to the ratio of liquidity token and STN. There could be a possibility of price deviating from the ratio. But in that case, it provides an incentive and opportunity for third-party arbitragers to come in and push the price to its price parity.
